Linear Projects and Initiatives import is in beta. This article documents known limitations we're actively working to resolve.
Projects
Assignee column shows incorrect name
The Assignee column displays in table view, but this name is misleading. Linear calls this field Lead for Projects.
Workaround: Enable the Lead column instead to see project leads.
Initiatives
Real-time updates unavailable
Ducalis receives real-time updates from all other task trackers—changes sync automatically. Linear Initiatives don't support real-time updates yet.
Workaround: Click Manual Sync-In to fetch initiative updates.
Status auto-update rules don't apply to initiatives
Status auto-update rules currently apply only to issue statuses, not initiative statuses. We're working on adding initiative status support.
