Ducalis allows you to turn turn voice feedback into actionable ideas on your voting boards.

Steps To Follow

1. You can forward voice feedback to Ducalis from different channels:

2. Or just attach the voice file to the idea draft.

1. After you have the media file, just click Rewrite Idea and the AI assistant will convert the spoken input into a formatted idea.

2. If you agree with the description click Replace. If you want to change it, click Rewrite, or edit the text manually.

3. Publish the idea to make it visible on the Voting Board.

Now your idea is published, and you won’t lose any useful feedback.
