Keep Scores When Copying/Moving Issues to Another Board

When you copy/move the tasks from one board to another, you also want to transfer the scores so that you do not have to repeat the evaluation process.

For scores under each criterion to be transferred together with tasks, each criterion in the recipient board should have the same:

  1. name,
  2. rating scale,
  3. formula,
  4. and criterion estimators,

with the criteria in the first board.

When you copy or move an issue from one board to another, you can see the scores that will be transferred.

A copied issue in the recipient board together with scores that were transferred with it.

Note that for scores to be copied/moved to another board together with an issue, the estimators assigned to the criterion in Board A should be the ones who are assigned to the same criterion in Board B.

Any difference in the estimators assigned to the criteria results in scores being lost.

You can also transfer criteria from one board to another on the Global Criteria Management page. On this page, you can copy multiple criteria to another board at once.
