Move/Copy Ideas from One Board to Another

Easily add ideas from one board to another without having to create them manually in the board that you want to add it to. Save tones of time and hop on to tasks that actually need your time.

Moving/ Copying Ideas 

Heard to Voting, then open the card of the idea you want to copy to another voting board. 

Click the ellipsis button in the top right corner of the public idea block to open a dropdown menu.

Copying Ideas

  1. From the dropdown list, choose Copy idea to another board.
  1. A window will pop up:
    1. Choose the voting that you want to copy the idea to from the list of active voting boards.
  1. A pop-up window with a list of the actions that will happen when you copy the idea to another board. You can:
    • Change the status of the idea.
    • Maintain the link of the idea with an internal issue.
    • Keep the voters and upvotes.
    • Translate the idea into the language of the voting board you’re copying it to (if that board is in a different language)
  2. If you agree, can go on and click Copy Idea.

Moving Ideas

  1. From the dropdown list, choose Move idea to another board.
  1. A window will pop up:
    1. Choose the voting that you want to move the idea to from the list of active voting boards.
  1. A pop-up window with a list of the actions that will happen when you move the idea to another board. You can:
    • Change the status of the idea.
    • Maintain the link of the idea with an internal issue.
    • Keep the voters and upvotes.
    • Translate the idea into the language of the voting board you’re moving it to (if that board is in a different language)
  2. If you agree, can go on and click Move Idea.
