Depending on what kind of feedback you’re collecting on your voting board (requests, bugs) you can create templates for new ideas to guide on how to format an idea they want to create.
Creating a Template
- Go to Voting board settings.
- Under the Voting board settings, scroll down to Idea Template and Voting Options.
- Open the idea template block.
- Then start creating your template.
Your template will be auto-saved and made ready for your customers to use.
Template Example
For instance, If you are to collect feedback for bugs your users are encountering while using your product, you can create a template that they can use to report bugs.
Another example is a template to capture feedback about visitors’ experience on your website.
