User roles
Each user in your organization has a role that determines their permissions. Roles control what users can access and modify, from board management to billing settings. When you invite teammates, you assign them a specific role.
Available roles

Owner – The user who creates the Ducalis account. To change the Owner, contact us in the chat below.

Admin – Full access to settings, Boards, billing, and user invitations.

Member – Can evaluate Issues, create Issues and Ideas, but can't edit settings or add users.

Viewer – Read-only access. Useful for teammates who occasionally need to check priorities but don't participate in prioritization.

Voter – External users (like customers) who participate on your Public Roadmap (example: https://feedback.ducalis.io/Ducalis-roadmap). Voters can post and upvote Ideas. There's no limit to the number of Voters, and you never incur charges for them.

Subscribers – External users with an attributed Ideas, votes, or comments—but they do receive notifications from the Voting Board. You charged for Subscribers.
