If you have imported issues, projects, or initiatives from private teams, you need to create a new webhook to receive real-time updates between Ducalis and Linear.
This article explains how to create the webhook.
Accessing the Webhook Creation
1. In Linear Go to Setting.
2. Scroll down to API section. And find Webhooks.
3. Click + to create new webhook.
How To Create New Webhook
1. Fill in the Label field. Name it “Ducalis” and add the project name. Adding project name is not required but helps with better organization.
2. Use this URL for URL field – https://ducalis.io/rest/webhooks/linear?team=team_name, where team_name is the name of the private team the imported projects belong to.
3. For Data Change Events choose: Issues, Projects, Initiatives.
4. For Team Selection, choose the private team that the imported project belongs to.
5. Click Create Webhook.
Important: DON’T remove the previous webhook for All non-private teams.
