What is a Release Note?
A Release note is an email you send to your customers that contains information about your product updates — new releases, improvements, and bug fixes.
It helps keep your customers on track with changes, and new features in the product.
Where to Find Your Release Notes
Find your Release notes inside the priority board.
The Structure of a Release Note
A Release note is composed of blocks. Some blocks should be included in all the Release notes, and some are optional.
Release Note Name/ Email Subject
The first block is the Release note title/ Email subject line.
The Introduction Block
An introduction helps your customers quickly understand why they are receiving the email before they even further read it.
The Main Feature Block
These blocks will contain information about your new features that your users should know about. You can add as many as you want, depending on the number of new features you want to announce.

The Simple Text Block
This is the block where you can add any updates about the products you might want to inform your users about. They can be bug fixes or minor product improvements.
The Call To Action Block
You can add a CTA you would like your users to perform, for example, signing up for a webinar, or visiting your voting board.
Voting Board Status Blocks
These blocks contain ideas from the board that were moved to a status in the date range you put. You can use these blocks to update users about the activities going on the Voting board.
