Step 6. Sync Prioritization Results to a Task Tracker

Sync Back sends your prioritization results to your task tracker automatically, keeping your backlog priorities aligned across systems. Work on tasks in priority order without switching between tools.

Sync Back integrations

Ducalis integrates with these task trackers:

Access Sync Back settings

Click the sync icon in the bottom right corner.
Go to Sync Back Fields.

Default fields

Two default fields sync automatically:

Priority No {emoji} Ducalis – Issue priority ranking
Alignment {emoji} Ducalis – Links to Issues in Ducalis

Delete these fields from the sync list if you don't need them.

Add more fields

Click Add field to sync additional data:

Score Ducalis – Total Issue scores
Score Status Ducalis – Evaluation completion status
Score Percent Ducalis – Evaluation progress percentage
Criteria fields – Individual Criterion scores

Create custom fields in your tracker

Prerequisites

Some task trackers require custom fields before you activate Sync Back:

Create these custom fields in your tracker before proceeding.

Map fields to existing tracker fields

If your tracker already has custom fields, map them to Ducalis fields instead of creating new ones.

Schedule Sync Back

Sync Back runs on a schedule before sprints end. Choose from two options:

By sprint end date – Syncs based on sprint schedule
By custom period – Set a specific day and time

Manual sync

Click Manual Sync to sync data immediately without waiting for the scheduled time.

What's synced

Sync Back sends data from Ducalis fields generated during prioritization:

Priority rankings
Alignment metrics
Total scores
Evaluation status and progress
Individual Criterion scores
