Step 3. Create Idea Templates

Create templates for new Ideas to guide how customers format their feedback. Templates help structure bug reports, feature requests, and user experience feedback consistently.

Create a template

1. Go to Voting board settings.

   

2. Scroll down to Idea Template and Voting Options.

3. Open the Idea template block.

   

4. Create your template using the editor.

   

Your template saves automatically and is ready for customers to use.
