Advanced Settings and Features

After completing the basic setup and prioritizing your Backlog once or twice, explore these advanced features to enhance your prioritization workflow.

Total score formula

The total score formula calculates Issue rankings after Evaluation. The default formula works for most teams, but you can customize it to match your prioritization framework.

Alignment

Collaborative Evaluation helps teams align on priorities. The Alignment report shows how well your team agrees on scoring and highlights areas where discussion is needed.

Prerequisites

Invite at least one teammate and both evaluate the Backlog to see Alignment results.

Sprint planning

Plan your sprints by configuring evaluation cycles and deadlines. Set how long prioritization results remain valid before requiring re-evaluation.

Evaluation poker

Use Evaluation poker to collect unbiased opinions from your team. Scores remain private during Evaluation, revealing only after all team members submit their ratings.

Table customization and filters

Customize table columns on Backlog, Evaluation, and Alignment pages. Show relevant information, hide unnecessary fields, and rearrange column order to match your workflow.

Use filters to display specific sets of Issues. Save frequently used filters to share with your team—once saved, any team member can access them.

Use custom fields as Criteria

Instead of creating new Criteria and scoring Issues, use existing custom field data from your task tracker or Ducalis as Criteria. This leverages data you already maintain for prioritization.

Public and private Boards

Control Board visibility by making Boards private. Private Boards restrict access to authorized users only, keeping sensitive information hidden from the broader Organization.

Share Board links with other users. For private Boards, recipients must have Board access to view shared content.
