Step 4. Evaluate Issues for Prioritization
Score Issues in your backlog using the Criteria assigned to you. This turns subjective opinions into data-driven priorities.
Start evaluating
-
Go to Evaluation. You'll see the number of Issues you need to evaluate.
-
Review the Criteria you're assigned to evaluate. You'll only see Criteria assigned to you by an Admin.
-
Score each Issue against your assigned Criteria. Use the Criterion description as your guide.
-
Move between cells by pressing Tab or Enter (if Fast input is off). The numbers you enter depend on the scoring method configured by your Admin.
Ask clarification questions
If you don't understand a Criterion or an Issue, ask your teammates for clarification. They'll be notified via email.
-
Click the questions icon on the right side of the Issue.
-
Type your question and click Send.
-
Find all questions and discussions under Questions in the Board navigation.
Skip Issues
Skip any Issue you don't want to evaluate without affecting your team's overall evaluation progress.
All skipped Issues move to the Scores tab.
