Step 5. Import Subscribers

Import your subscriber list so they can receive Release Notes about your product updates.

Import via CSV file

Import subscribers in bulk using a CSV file.

1. Open Voting Board settings.

2. Scroll to Access section and open Voters' list block.

3. Click Import List of Votes (CSV).

4. Download the CSV example file to see required fields.

5. Select the CSV file from your computer.

6. Review the list and confirm import.

Add subscribers manually

For smaller lists, enter email addresses directly in the text box.

Auto-subscription for new Voters

All new Voters who subscribe to your Voting Board are automatically added to the Release Notes subscriber list. This feature is enabled by default to ensure new users receive your product updates without manual list management.

Export subscriber list

Export your subscriber list as a CSV file to review subscribed users or work with subscriber data elsewhere. The export includes subscription status, source, and date information.

You're now ready to send your first Release Note. Check the audience size to verify your subscriber list is correct.
