Step 3. Add Users and Assign Criteria

Collaborative prioritization requires team participation. Add teammates to your Board and assign them Criteria to evaluate your backlog together.

Add Users to a Board

  1. Open Board Members and Criteria Settings.

  2. Click + User.

  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.

  4. If you have connected a task tracker, you can add users from that integration.

  5. Before sending the invitation, assign the user a role.

  6. Click Invite to send the invitation.

All pending invitations appear under Pending.

You can resend the invitation to remind users who haven't responded.

Invite Users from Criteria Settings

You can also invite users when assigning Estimators to Criteria.

Each user must have at least one Criterion assigned to participate in Evaluation. Adding a user to the Board without assigning Criteria prevents them from scoring Issues.

  1. Open Criteria settings.

  2. Add Estimators to an existing Criterion.

You can also add Estimators while creating a Criterion.

Assign Criteria to Users

Assign Criteria to users based on their expertise and knowledge. Each Estimator should evaluate Criteria they're qualified to assess.

  1. Select the user you want to assign Criteria to.

  2. Click + Criteria.

  3. Select a Criterion from your prioritization framework, or use the search field to find it.

  4. If the Criterion doesn't exist, create it by typing its name and clicking + Create [name of Criterion].
