Step 1. Sprint Duration

Configure sprint duration, reveal schedules, and sync settings to manage your team's sprint planning workflow.

Access sprint settings

1. Navigate to Evaluation Progress & Sprint Planning.

Select sprint mode

Choose from three modes:

• Continuous – Automated sprints that run regularly without manual setup
• One-time – Manual sprint setup requiring restart after each sprint
• Off – Sprints disabled with all related settings inactive

Configure Reveal day and evaluation reminders

1. Select your Reveal day when the sprint ends.

2. Configure Evaluation reminder to notify your team before the sprint planning meeting.

3. (Optional) Add an appreciation message for team members who complete evaluations. Messages can be sent to Slack channels or email.

Schedule Sync Back

If you're evaluating a backlog from a connected task tracker, schedule when prioritization scores sync back to the tracker.

Choose from two options:

• By sprint end date – Sync when the sprint ends
• By custom period – Sync on your custom schedule

Enable score expiration

To reset scores after a specific period, enable Score expiration and set the duration before scores expire.
