Ignore Criteria

Set a Criterion to Ignore to exclude it from Total score calculations. Your team can still score Issues using this Criterion, but the scores won't affect priority rankings.

Use this when you want to collect team input on specific dimensions (like developer tier or technical complexity) without influencing the final prioritization results.

Set a Criterion to Ignore

  1. Go to Criteria settings and select the Criterion you want to exclude.

    Criteria settings menu location
  2. Click the edit icon.

    Edit icon for Criterion
  3. Under Criterion type, select Ignore.

Ignore option in Criterion type dropdown
  4. Click Save.

The Criterion now appears in your framework but doesn't affect Total scores.
