Users vs Voters
Users are internal team members who prioritize roadmaps and manage work. They have full access as Owners or work as teammates with Admin, Member, or Viewer roles.
Voters are external people who submit feedback on the Public Roadmap. They can post Ideas, submit feature requests, and upvote.
Pricing
You only pay for Users—never for Voters, no matter how many you have. But you pay for Subscribers – voters who receive notifications from your Voting Boards.
