Why do notifications come at the wrong time?

Notifications may fail to come at the right time because of the wrong timezone settings.

To check your Timezone:

1. Go to the Organization menu (top right).

2. Find the Timezone field.

3. Choose appropriate timezone in the drop-down menu.

If the timezone is correct, but you still have problems with notifications, please contact us in the chat (bottom right).
