FAQs
Can I delete tracked users?
No, but you can unsubscribe any subscriber from any Voting Board. They'll stop receiving notifications and won't count toward your subscriber limit.
How does subscriber billing work?
It doesn't matter how many notifications a subscriber receives—they count as one subscriber, and you pay for just one.
What actions make someone a subscriber?
- Voting on their behalf makes that person a subscriber.
- Making a voter the author of an Idea makes that person a subscriber.
