You can assign a Facilitator to a specific criterion who is responsible for setting the final score of that criterion after the team has evaluated it.
Who can be a criterion facilitator?
Only users in the organization can be set as facilitators.
Ensure the restriction settings on who can change the final scores are set to allow Facilitators only. Find under Sprint settings.
Criterion Facilitator vs Board Facilitator
The criterion facilitators are different from the board facilitators who can change the final scores of all the criteria in the board.
Assigning a Facilitator to a Criterion
You can add a facilitator to an existing criterion. Open the block of the criterion and click Add facilitator to the criteria. Choose the facilitator from the list of users in the organization.
Add Facilitator to multiple criteria at once under the Global criteria settings page.
- Select the criteria you want to assign a facilitator.
- Choose a facilitator from the list of users in the organization.
- Click Update to save
