Publish your product roadmap to visualize everything that you are working on.
Overview
The Ducalis Roadmap is a powerful tool that helps product development teams plan, track, and visualize their upcoming tasks and projects. It’s also a great way to keep end users informed and interested.
- You can create highly customized roadmaps—whether it’s for internal planning, public transparency, or anything in between.
- With unlimited filtering options, you have complete control over what’s shown on each roadmap, right down to individual columns.
- If you use an issue management tool like Linear or Jira, our integrations can automatically sync your development queue with the roadmaps. Using this with public roadmaps is a great way to automatically keep users updated about their requests, for example.
- You can also embed a public roadmap into your app or website using different available methods.

Accessing to the Roadmap
You have two views of the roadmap: an internal view, accessible only to account users for management purposes, and an external, public view.
- Go to the Voting Board. This screen is your Voting Board, where you can collect feedback or use it as a roadmap for your customers. It is an internal part.

- The public roadmap is displayed on the Ducalis homepage (your-company.ducalis.io). You can change it in domain settings. Go to Voting board and click on link icon.

You’ll see the public version of your Roadmap. Users will only see ideas from boards where they have access.

As an account user (with an Admin or Member role), you have access to the admin panel here.

Customize Appearance
Your customers should be able to recognize your Roadmap. You can customize the appearance to match your brand – add your logo, your brand color, etc. While setting up the Voting Board appearance, you also configure the Roadmap appearance.
- Go to All Voting Boards. Find the Appearance section and configure the settings you need. These changes will be reflected across all your roadmaps.

Read more about appearance settings here.
- For current roadmap settings go to the board > Voting.

Add Ideas To Roadmap
The roadmap displays your backlog and development progress, so it’s important to add ideas to it.
There are some easy ways to do it in a few clicks.
1. Create ideas from your backlog issues:
- connect your tracker: Jira Cloud, Jira Server, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, YouTrack, Linear, GitHub, Kaiten.

- create ideas from tracker issues using AI.

2. Create Ideas From External Sources.

3. Create ideas manually.
Once you create roadmap ideas, you can drag them to different stages as your team progresses through the work.
Define Ideas Statuses
By default, Ducalis will display ideas in the following statuses:
- Under Review
- Planned
- In Progress
- Done
