FAQs

Can I delete tracked users?

No, you can simply unsubscribe any subscriber from any voting board. They will stop receiving notifications and will no longer be counted as a subscriber.

Things to note:

  • It doesn’t matter how many notifications a subscriber receives — they count as one subscriber, and you pay for just one.
  • Adding a voter by voting on their behalf will make that person a subscriber.
  • Making a voter the author of an idea will make that person a subscriber.
